In a likely gang-related attack, 10 people were left wounded and an 8-year-old girl deceased, in Chicago on Sunday.
In what police are calling, not a random act of violence, four other children were among the wounded. ShotSpotter directed authorities to the scene, where they were able to apply medical aid.
