A woman has been reported deceased after being shot on the 4800 block of North Broad Street in Philadelphia. The woman was shot while walking on the sidewalk. It is unclear if she was shot in the back and the bullet exited the abdomen, or vice versa.
After being shot, she ran into a near by deli, where she collapsed. Police are unsure where the shooter was located, in a moving car, a parked car or walking on the street.
